As the Care Experience and Operations Manager, Mei-Ann brings a heartfelt commitment to enhancing the patient experience and their journey. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and operational knowledge to the practice, driven by a passion for innovation in mental health care.

 

Mei-Ann is deeply motivated by a love for helping people realize their full potential and live satisfying, fulfilling lives. Her extensive experience in inpatient psychiatry, eating disorders, and interventional psychiatry—such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)—shapes her dedication to creating a compassionate, accessible, and effective mental health system. She is particularly passionate about fostering meaningful changes that make mental health care more fulfilling and accessible for all.

 

Outside of her professional life, Mei-Ann enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, being with loved ones, and traveling with her dog, Lola Waffles. As a proud alumna of UNC-Chapel Hill, she also takes great joy in cheering for the Tar Heels on game day. Mei-Ann believes that balance and self-care are essential—not only for her own well-being but also as a model for the care she helps to provide.
